All products are handmade andmade to order. Each item has personalized sizing which means that banfana snaps are attached to fit your pup. I do not use generic sizing placement which makes it difficult to try and resell.  Due to this, I currently do not offer refunds or returns. Although, if something is wrong with your purchase please reach out and I would be happy to help you!

All bandanas are made with pre-shrunk, 100% cotton. This means all fabric has been washed and dried prior to cutting to avoid major shrinkage. Since the material is 100% cotton there can continue to be minor shrinkage over time.

Wash with like colors in cold or warm water, or by hand if you prefer. 
Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry. You can press with a warm iron to give your bandana that crisp look, just be careful not to iron over the snaps as they can melt with direct heat.

Once a product is shipped, you can expect your package within 3-9 business days for domestic shipping, depending on where you live. Packages are shipped from CA via USPS Ground Advantage.  Please refer to tracking sent to you via email.

Once the package is shipped out, we rely on the postal services to deliver your order. My Bedlam is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. My Bedlam is also not responsible for returned or rejected packages due to an invalid shipping address provided by the customer. Please note that if this occurs and the package is returned to My Bedlam, the customer is responsible for any newly incurred shipping costs.
